We are based out of Waxhaw, NC (south of Charlotte, NC). A 15-mile travel radius in either direction is included in all of our packages. Beyond 15 miles, a mileage fee applies.
Due to North + South Carolina ABC laws and regulations, mobile bars across our state cannot legally sell alcohol to you as mobile liquor licenses do not yet exist. This just means the alcohol is to be purchased separately from our services and we supply the rest. We are here to help every step of the way and we will source your beverages of choice for you so it’s no extra work for you. (If you are a 501c3 looking to partner, ask us about the ABC Special One Time Use Permit!)
Once you've sent us an inquiry and we've settled on the details, a signed contract and 50% deposit is required to make it official.
Both the camper bar and camper photo booth are 10' long and about 6.5' wide. We need a flat and level open space with access to get in and out. If you're unsure about the space (indoor or out), let us know and we'll gladly check it out! If 20 amp power is unable to be supplied within 50 feet of the trailer, we can provide generators for an extra fee. The Tap Truck does not require power and can be driven into place under most circumstances (5.5 feet wide).
We carry both liquor liability and general liability insurance and can provide proof of policy if needed, upon request. If your venue requires us to list them as additionally insured, just let us know. This applies to both campers and tap truck.
Yes! We can customize any package to include non-alcoholic beverages such as mocktails, sweet tea, lemonade, or soft drinks.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate rain dates due to the nature of our advanced booking model, but we will do everything we can to work with you on a rescheduled date for the same calendar year.
Our DSLR photo booth comes with many customizable options. We offer both digital images as well as printed photo strips. Digital images are delivered via SMS/email on site, and unlimited prints can be tailored to your event theme or corporate brand. Additional personalized photo guest books are available.
My wedding would have been not nearly as memorable if it was not for Charlene and the Wandering Social! Charlene puts her heart and soul into her business and it clearly shows (check out their instagram!) I booked with her over a year ago and she really was involved every step of the way; connecting me with other wedding vendors and overall making the whole wedding planning experience more enjoyable. The bar was adorable and I love how it was customized to us with signage and drink stirs. I can’t rave enough about my experience with this vendor!! I researched several different local tap trucks and went back and forth before choosing this one. From the first moment I reached out, Charlene was an absolute pleasure to work with! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease! She was so flexible, accommodating and supportive throughout the ENTIRE process and experience! She made me feel special and like my party/event was special to her (even though I know she had sooo many other events before and after mine in her pipeline!) The day of my son’s 1st birthday party; she stayed the entire time, serving my guests, being so sweet and friendly to them and EVEN surprised me and made extra signs for the party. I am truly appreciative and literally can’t wait to work with her again!!
